100,000-Gallon AGO Supply Program
We are establishing an initial trade cycle of 100,000 gallons of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) every 90 days, supplying commercial off-takers across Liberia. The operation includes importer-to-importer procurement, coordinated transportation, and direct delivery to key industrial and commercial customers.
The program is designed to provide consistent fuel availability for power generation, industrial operations, construction activities, and commercial fleets. It also establishes the foundation for scaling toward direct vessel importation and expanded bulk petroleum distribution across Liberia.
10,000 MT Direct Vessel Importation
Beginning in February 2027, we plan to transition to direct international sourcing through dedicated vessel imports of at least 10,000 metric tons of refined petroleum products every 90 days. The operation will include bulk discharge and storage arrangements through the Port of Monrovia.
Floating & Mobile Petroleum Storage
We are developing plans to secure a floating or mobile storage facility to support the handling and management of bulk petroleum reserves. The facility is intended to provide additional storage capacity, improve supply flexibility, and support the efficient distribution of petroleum products to coastal and regional markets. It will also create opportunities for direct maritime fuel supply and bunkering operations while reducing dependence on limited onshore storage capacity.
Retail & Petroleum Logistics Expansion
We are developing an integrated downstream distribution network targeting 20 or more modern filling stations strategically positioned across major markets in Liberia. The expansion will be supported by a dedicated fleet of 10 company-owned petroleum tankers, ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 gallons in capacity, strengthening our transportation and delivery capabilities. The network will support the distribution of PMS and AGO to retail customers, commercial clients, and enterprise sites while reducing dependence on third-party transportation providers.
Our downstream operations are conducted within the regulatory framework of the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC), with our petroleum operations supported by an LPRC license obtained in 2022. This regulatory foundation reinforces our commitment to meeting applicable requirements for safe, transparent, and reliable petroleum importation, storage, and distribution in Liberia.
