We are currently executing a transaction of 2,000 metric tons of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), solely arranged by Ecobank Liberia. This supply is sourced from Petro Arabia, a trusted international supplier based in Dubai with strong experience in the Liberian market

Negotiation for 20,000MT AGO and PMS
We have successfully negotiated the supply of 20,000 metric tons of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) and Premium Motor Spirit (PMS). This transaction is currently underway and is subject to the settlement of financial instrument and logistics fees.
Beyond this project, AGO and PMS are core products we actively trade — available for both local distribution across Liberia and international markets through our global supply network.

Strategic Trade Financing Partnership

Through a strategic collaboration with Ecobank Liberia, we have secured a structured trade financing arrangement designed to provide flexible and scalable support for our ongoing and future projects. This facility allows us to access the financial instruments necessary to move major petroleum shipments, based on our equity contributions and project needs.

In addition, we operate under the regulatory framework of the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC) — the national authority responsible for overseeing petroleum imports and storage. Since obtaining our LPRC license in 2022, we have remained fully compliant, ensuring that all our petroleum transactions meet Liberia’s standards for safety, transparency, and reliability.
